UX/UI Design, CMS, and Production

Client’s Needs

The Denver Art Museum (DAM) needed supplemental interface designs and production graphics to complete website redesign, as well as continuing design and development support for their Creative Resource Program WordPress website.

Solution

Josh worked within design concepts and standards to create interior page layouts and user interfaces for the DAM’s new Drupal-based website. He applied problem solving to user interaction and layout issues by creating page mockups with Photoshop. Once the site was in production, he streamlined asset image creation to populate the site’s content needs.

Josh also provided additional support to the DAM’s Creative Resource for teachers. He worked to evolve this WordPress platform by adding content types, interactivity, and content views.

Josh performed design asset creation for our website relaunch. Some of our tasks for Josh were very specific, while others required him to provide researched, mocked-up recommendations based on a loose outline of needs. He provided just what we wanted, was liked in both scenarios and took criticism and additional requests well. Josh is candid and friendly and offers up-to-date design and development savviness that can be hard to find in one person. I recommended him to another department for a development project, and they have raved about him more than once.
